REQUESTS FOR REFUND OR TRANSFER
REQUEST FOR REFUND:
- Refund timeline is as follows:
- 100% Refund prior to the start of classes
- Prorated refund after classes begin up until the third week of programming.
- No refund will be issued after the third week of programming
**Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances, such as participant injury**
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment. Requests are processed within 7 days from the requested date.
- At this time, transfers are only allowed before classes begin & as long as space is still available in the class. Once classes have started, transfers are not allowed.
