Brian McCoy Memorial
First Tee – Contra Costa family mourns the loss of one of our participant’s father. Brian McCoy, father to Trent McCoy, passed away on Sunday, February 28 after a tragic car accident. He is survived by his wife Pam McCoy, son Trent and extended family.
Brian was an outstanding man, husband, father, son, brother and friend. His joyful personality would always make a positive impression wherever he went and would light up people’s faces with his positivity and happiness. Ever since Trent joined the First Tee Program, Brian, Pam and Trent have been ardent advocates of First Tee and have always stepped up to support the chapter.
One of Brian’s dreams was to ensure his son Trent would have the opportunity to attend college and pursue higher education. With the intention of helping make this dream come true, a GoFundMe has been set up for Pam and Trent. Contributions to this GoFundMe can be made by clicking on the button below.
Additionally, Brian’s family has selected First Tee - Contra Costa to receive donations in his memory. We are sincerely thankful for the support and humbled to be a part of Brian’s memorial. Contributions to the memorial will help fund scholarships for our program and make First Tee available to youth who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
